The 380,000 sq ft. twenty-one story highrise previously vacant underwent extreme renovations guided by the Kingfish Development team and now has an occupancy over 90%. Kingfish mimicked this philosphy with its facility located at 2400 Veterans Blvd in Kenner, LA, which also sustains above 90% occupancy.

Ben OertlingProperty Manager
Ben Oertling handles all the day to day tasks as a property manager for Kingfish development. Ben, a finance graduate from University of Alabama has led the Kingfish properties team from its inception.
Nikki Hall operates our building on Veterans Blvd. Nikki, a Communications major from University of Louisiana at Lafayette has managed this facility since owned by Kingfish development.
Joe GormanLeasing Manager
Joe Morgan is responsible for the leasing of all Kingfish properties. Joe has played a pivotal role in elevating the Kingfish properties to an astounding 90% occupancy.
